At FMS Global Strategies, we are driven by a singular purpose—authentic representation and transformative advocacy. Rooted in our Floridian heritage and a profound understanding of generational poverty and systemic injustice, we are committed to driving meaningful change for the communities we serve.
For over 30 years, we have championed equity, securing over 10,000 bills passed into law and more than $2 billion in state and federal appropriations across 12 states. Our work is informed by deep expertise in trauma-informed care and anti-Black racism, prioritizing communities that have faced the greatest systemic harm while addressing all forms of oppression.
As a 100% Black-owned, woman-led firm, we embody the values of empowerment, equity, and sustainable progress. Our strategic approach ensures that communities of color are not just represented but empowered with the resources and policies necessary to thrive.
